I am a long term resident of North Central Washington. I have an outstanding
educational background and exceptional work history. The course of
transferring the ownership of real estate can be complicated, emotional, and
frustrating. The job of an agent is to know the rules and assist navigation of
this procedure. This is a situation were both parties must feel comfortable
working together very closely during the course of the transaction. The lines
of communication being open during this process is critical. Things can and do
change on an hourly basis. The key job of an agent is to control the process of
the transaction and the key job of the client is to control the decisions of the
transaction.
